Putting the Consumers First

Customers in Scotland have already received a better deal as a direct result of deregulation and more competition. Now the Water Bill will also put business customers in England at the heart of the water sector. Discounts are coming to England in April 2017. Get in touch now and pre-book your instant transfer to a water package that saves you money.

Changes to the English Water Market

Like Scotland, the English Water Market is soon to also be opened to competition. This means that over 1.2 million eligible businesses and other non-household customers in England will be able to choose the company who supplies their water and wastewater retail services. All businesses, regardless of size or current suuply contract, will be able to shop around for a better deal.

With business water suppliers competing for custom, companies could benefit from cheaper water prices as a result. In addition to the lower prices, improvements in service and advice offered to customers can be expected as retailers seek to add value to their service offering.
